    Before laying your QuickStep® floor, you must install an underlay. A good underlay provides the stable foundation that your
    quality floor deserves and also insulates against sound and heat. All Quick-Step underlays:


    • level out your subfloor;
    • protect against rising moisture and;
    • are suitable for floorheating.

    Basic Plus underlay has a 3-layer structure and each layer has a specific function to maximise the comfort of your QuickStep®
    floor. (Protective layer, comfort zone, levelling zone).

    FREE FLOORING SAMPLES

    A choice of three flooring samples can be sent free of charge or you can have a complete sample pack for £3.99 + VAT. Free samples are sent using First Class Royal Mail post. Full samples sets are sent using a tracked, next working day courier service.

    FLOORING & ACCESSORIES

    Due to differing sizes and weights of the flooring and accessories, the best way to determine the cost and time scale of delivery is to:

    1 - Add items to your basket
    2 - Click on your basket
    3 - Complete the ‘ESTIMATE DELIVERY’ box by adding your postcode
    4 - Click ‘Get a Quote’
    5 - Then select from the range of delivery options

    FREE DELIVERY

    Small accessories (less than 1m long) over £49.00 + VAT can be delivered free of charge.

    Large accessories and flooring over £500.00 + VAT can be delivered free of charge
    (except to some parts of Scotland and Islands).

    NEXT DAY DELIVERY

    Orders placed before 1pm (Monday to Friday) can be delivered next working day (except to some parts of Scotland and Islands), or on a day of your choice. Please note flooring orders take 1 extra day when you check out there is a calendar to choose your delivery date.

    Someone will contact you as soon as possible if your delivery date cannot be met.

    If your order is more urgent please call us to see if any special options are available.

    HOW ARE MY ITEMS DELIVERED?

    Small, lightweight items will be delivered by Royal Mail.
    Heavy items will be sent by a parcel carrier – depending upon which delivery service you select in your basket.

    Flooring orders up to approximately 5 packs may be sent via a parcel carrier.
    Larger flooring orders are generally delivered on pallets which are tail lifted off the back of a lorry with a tail lift and are a kerbside delivery.

    If you have any special requirements or cannot accept the above delivery methods,
    please contact us before placing your order.

    RESTRICTIONS ON UK DELIVERIES

    Areas with restricted access
    Please contact us if you have any concerns about a lorry gaining access to your property.

    IRELAND AND THE REST OF EUROPE

    Ireland – The delivery cost depends upon quantities ordered. Please call or email us with your requirements. It usually takes 2-3 days for delivery.

    Rest of Europe – The delivery cost depends upon quantities ordered. Please call or email us with your requirements. It usually takes 3-5 days for delivery.
