Brushed & Lacquered Engineered Wood Flooring

Brushed and lacquered engineered wood flooring has been lightly brushed to expose the beauty of the natural qualities of the wood. The planks of flooring have then been finished with layers of lacquer to protect the surface of your floor from daily wear and tear.  A lacquer will add additional strength and protection to the flooring planks making it easier to maintain. All of our engineered wooden floors have a top layer of real wood, with a plywood base which gives extra stability and strength.

Why should I choose brushed and lacquered engineered wood flooring?

A brushed and lacquered engineered hardwood floor will give you the natural beauty of the wood grain and pattern, whilst protecting it from daily usage. The benefits of engineered wood floors are fantastic.  You still have the beauty and character of a natural floor covering, with the stability and versatility that comes with engineered wood.  Have a look at the following: Advantages of Engineered Wood Flooring.

As with all types of engineered wood flooring, you will have a choice on how you would prefer to fit the floor.  This of course, will depend on the type of subfloor that you have and other requirements of the room.
