13.5mm Engineered Wood Flooring

13.5mm engineered wood flooring is just like any other engineered wood flooring. It is made from a top layer of real wood and then base layers underneath, which are usually made from plywood. These base layers are primarily there to give the planks of flooring added stability, strength and durability. The top layer of solid wood is called a wear layer and is the only part of the flooring you will see once it is installed. This will be your chosen species of wood. With this flooring, the total thickness of the plank will be 13.5mm.
