Herringbone vinyl flooring is just as the name suggests; vinyl flooring which gives you a herringbone pattern.  Over the past few years, vinyl flooring has become more detailed and authentic looking with the herringbone vinyl being no exception to this.  Vinyl flooring looks natural, authentic, and has a warm and cosy feel underfoot. There are different colours and sizes of herringbone vinyl to choose from, ranging from pale Oak to dark grey.

Why should I choose Herringbone Vinyl Flooring?

Herringbone style vinyl flooring is an alternative to real wood herringbone (parquet block). It will never be as authentic and elegant as Hardwood parquet block flooring, but a great choice if you are looking for something a little more cost effective. 

The advantages of having vinyl herringbone flooring rather than the real thing is that it is far more durable and hardwearing, so there is no need to worry about any spills or small accidents.  All of the vinyl floors can be used with underfloor heating and are perfect for renovation projects as then are extremely thin.  Vinyl flooring is very easy to install and requires little maintenance once fitted.

When fitting your new vinyl floor, you will need to think about which flooring accessories you may need in order to add the finishing touches to your room.  Do you need to cover any gaps around the edge of the room, in doorways or around pipes?
