Chevron Engineered Wood Flooring

Chevron engineered wood flooring has a unique, striking design that has been used in properties around the world for hundreds of years. Unlike solid wood flooring, engineered wood allows for much larger and wider boards to be manufactured thanks to its more stable construction and creates a more visually stunning floor area, especially when laid in a chevron pattern.

Why should I choose Chevron wood flooring?

Chevron flooring is available in a choice of colours and finishes much like any other type of wood flooring but it's the pattern that really gives it the wow factor. Installation should only be carried out by a skilled professional as the design can be intricate and leaves little room for error. All boards must be glued directly down to the sub floor (concrete or wood) using a flexible adhesive as the chevron pattern cannot be floated over underlay due to there being so many interlocking pieces. Our engineered chevron flooring is compatible with underfloor heating and is extremely easy to look after and clean.

If you are still unsure of which style of flooring to choose, have a look at our Wood Flooring Guide, which offers more information on the structure, profile and finish of our hardwood floors.
