Osmo Uviwax UV-Protection gives a clear (7200) or transparent (7266) satin wood finish with UV protection

Uviwax is unsuitable for flooring. To avoid the yellowing appearance for flooring, use a medium-dark colour tone of Osmo wood wax finish

Uviwax UV-Protection is resistant to dirt, water and abrasion that smoothens the surface of the wood

Greatly reduces the natural yellowing of wood

When dry the finish is safe for humans, animals and plants

Microporous surface does not crack, peel, flake or blister

Coverage: 1 litre covers approx. 16m² with one coat

Drying time: 3-4hrs*
*under normal climate conditions, 23°C/50% R.H.

Preparation

Wood surface must be clean, dry and frost-free (moisture content max. 18%).

Osmo Uviwax is ready to use, please do not thin.

Stir well before use.

Old paints and lacquers must be completely removed.

Degrease very resinous woods (e.g. Larch) with Osmo Brush Cleaner and Thinner

Application

Apply one coat to the clean and dry wood with a natural bristle brush and spread well

Allow to dry for approx. 3-4 hours with good ventilation

After drying apply a second coat thinly and quickly

Cleaning

Clean tools with Osmo brush cleaner/thinners

Storage

Up to 2 years if can is kept dry, closed and stored between 5°C and 35°C

Do not expose to frost
