We have a brand new underlay available. Silver Bam Underlay is fantastic new product that has a moisture lock system and is suitable for use with engineered hardwood flooring and laminate flooring.
It has a thickness of 3mm, a 0.9tog rating for thermal insulation and a 21dB impact sound insulation.
Silver Bam Underlay should not be used as a moisture barrier or a smooth out any unevenness in your subfloor.
Separate products, such as Damp Proof Membranes and floor levelling compounds are available to overcome these problems.
