We have two new engineered 3-strip Oak floors. 3-strip flooring is great if you are looking for a narrow style of flooring. You can float this flooring over an underlay and use it with underfloor heating. It has an easy to use click fitting system and once installed, it is easy to clean and maintain.
What is oak 3-strip flooring?
Three strip flooring is engineered hardwood flooring that has been manufactured to look like three strips of wood on one plank. The strips are all the same size but quite narrow to give you a slim looking flooring option. The 3 strips are made from real wood; in this case Oak. These have been attached to a base layer to give them stability and strength. The click fitting system is then added and the flooring is finished with protective lacquer.
Which floors are in this range?
We have three new floors for you to look at:
Matt Lacquered
The matt lacquer has been added to the surface to offer protection from daily wear and tear. It gives a matt appearance without affecting or altering the colour or characteristics of the Oak.
Satin Lacquered
A stain lacquer gives the surface of the floor a slight sheen, whilst adding protective layers to your floor. The lacquer is clear, meaning that the colour or grain pattern is not changed in any way; you still get the natural beauty of Oak.
Grey Matt Lacquered
A dark grey colour stain has been added to this three-strip floor, before a matt lacquer finish. The lacquer also helps to protect the floor from daily wear and tear.
