Furthermore, we would advise you to fully bond the flooring to the subfloor, as this will give it more stability. As with any hardwood flooring, it would be susceptible to daily wear and tear, which can add to the character and appeal. Can I use LVT flooring for commercial spaces?

Furthermore, you will even find that LVT is waterproof and has a scratch resistant surface layer. Can I use laminate flooring for commercial spaces?
Some types of laminate flooring can be used in commercial areas. You may find the following especially relevant: there is a rating system to follow, depending on how busy the area will be:
- AC4 (class 32): light traffic commercial spaces - offices, cafes,salons
- AC5 (class 33): busy traffic commercial areas – retails stores, showrooms, schools
- AC6 (class 34): high traffic commercial areas – supermarkets, airports
