What do I use to re-oil my wooden floor?

A hardwood floor can last for a lifetime if it is looked after properly. One part of looking after your floor may be to re-oil the surface from time to time.  How often you will need to do this will depend on the type of hardwood floor you have and how often it is used.  For example, if you have an Oak floor that is used on a daily basis in a busy area, you may want to re-oil the surface every 5-10 years.
